I understand the spreading the gospel thing and glorifying the god. But isn't the ultimate goal of Christianity to hurry up and die?

Isn't that why most of the cults kill themselves?

Seems a little.... well.... I don't want anything to do with it.

According to the priest who presided at my mother's funeral, yes. According to him "she spent her life preparing for this day."

Ugh.

Sho Enuf I hope you didn't mean that.. Because Hell is real. And I dont think you wont to go there for eturnity and burn. Life after receving Jesus as your savior . Your life is just beging, It's not easy being a christan. We are to show God's love to others and make it clear that God love's them. Most groups become a cult when they begain to worship the leader insted of God. The christan life is wonderful and I invite you into this wonderful life. It's ase easy as one two three, All you have to do is say God forgive my sin's come live in my life, I belive Jesus died on the cross for me . And his blood Washed away all my sin's. amen. It's that easy. Come be with us in a full life of love for eturnity. Do you wont to go through life looking over your shoulder and wondering which one of your friends well be the next one to make a pass at your wife or girlfriend.. or stab you in the back over some other thing. Take it from me I no. It's great to be a christan. live a good life and dont worry about what others think because YOu know where your going for etyrnity..

Actually it is to hurry up and LIVE! Hurry ( for the time is short) and spread the truth. Then the end shall come, and those that believe can start Living the way GOD created us to in the first place. In perfect bodies . But most importantly in perfect LOVE and PEACE . So, HURRY UP , CHOICE LIFE!!

Yes, that's why it's a death cult. And by the Christians logic we should be killed when we are little innocent children that way we can get to go to heaven to be with Jesus. Sick isn't it? Oh wait, there's also those Christians that believe that children go to hell if they aren't saved. Bummer.

Being a Christian is not only having faith but living a life of holiness. That is a task that isn't always easy. Heaven starts now. Your life is like the breakfest, lunch and dinner - heaven is like the dessert.

After I became saved I just started to live. I wasnt in a hurry to die cause I wanted to do as much as I could for Jesus. I am ready to die when Jesus is ready for me, but until then I am ready to live.

The goal of Christianity is to accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior, and then take up your cross and follow Him.

Anything you do deliberately to hasten your death is a sin.
