Keep doing what you are doing! In time you will be able to increase your speed and length of the exercise. It is probable that your knee condition will go away as you lose weight! But keep it up....

I do not think eating only fruit for dinner is a good thing. Personally because I watch my sugar intake. Did you know that the sugar in fruit affects ones blood sugar exactly the same as regular table sugar. I am a firm believer in the glycemic index. Whether or not you are a diabetic all of us have a pancreas. When one eats sugar it affects the blood. Raising and lowering how much insulin our pancreas pumps out.

If you are wanting to eat healthier you would be better off eating a good balanced meal and limit how much sugar you consume.

Sure. Your biggest meals of th eday should coincide with the highest energy burnt- breakfast, 2nd lunch.
Fruit should be perfectly adequate as long as you're getting enough calcium and protein during the first two meals.

no you need more than that it prob seems healthy but not the greatest way to live you need more legumes and nuts and stuff with fat in it or you'll lose hair or become very sick jsut eating like that your body needs more to survive then jsut fruit
