u r fat or not ? it all depends on the proportion of ur body.
weight is a secondary issue. so don't worry. but if think u r fat then try to loose some weight if u can do it easily.

Well I am 5' exactly and I weigh the same 168, and I think that I am fat. However when me and friends get into conversations about this they tell me that they would have never guessed that I weighed that much cause I carry it well and hide it nicely, so that really makes me feel good at times and horrible at other times as if I hide it well it means that I have been hiding it for a long time. Nowadays I work out at lunch and then after work and I eat better than ever, I haven't lost any weight but I feel better and my clothes are a bit looser than they were previously.

your cup size sounds wonderful, but you need to lose some weight for your height. a general rule for women in metric system is that your weight should not exceed the number after the decimal point of your height. for example, if you are 1,65 tall, you should not weigh more than 65 kilos. of course, your body structure should be taken into consideration.
in any case, a dietologist would give you a better answer than any of us

In medical circles you would be considered slightly overweight. Your ideal body weight is somewhere around 127lbs.
