Keep doing what you are doing! In time you will be able to increase your speed and length of the exercise. It is probable that your knee condition will go away as you lose weight! But keep it up....

Honestly, if it was important to you to remain a virgin until marriage, then he wouldn't have been doing that in the first place. No, in a clinical sense, you are not one anymore. But it doesn't seem like your mind was virginal anyway to be making out in a shower. I'm sure when your parents raised you to stay a virgin until marriage, they didn't want you making out with your boyfriend, either.
Then again, it doesn't really matter - I did gymnastics as a kid, and I definately wasn't a clinical virgin when I first became sexually active. This society places way too much importance on sex - virginity, sexual orientation, active status, etc. There are so many other characteristics that you have that you can focus on. Don't get bogged down in silly definitions, and don't let them define you.

If he inserted himself inside you, then you're not a virgin anymore.
What's the point of "staying a virgin" until marriage if you're doing everything else but insertion? The point of staying a virgin until marriage is that you're "pure". Taking showers together, and playing with each other naked, and oral sex, and things like that defeat the whole purpose.

If a penis went inside you, you are no longer a virgin. The blood was from the hymen breaking.
Girls, you can not give oral or anal sex and still consider yourselves a virgin. (Not that you did or didn't, but a lot of girls think this), and if virginity is important to you, being naked and making out and engaging in sexual behavior cancels you out.

You are no longer a virgin, but if you actually believe strongly in not having sex until marriage, don't let this mistake cause you to give up trying to wait. There are a lot of dangers involved in being sexually active before marriage, and that's whether or not you use a condom (but obviously condoms cut down on those dangers).

are you serious? a girl is no longer a virgin once a penis has penetrated their vagina- since a penis "went inside" your vagina you are no longer a virgin.
lizardmama, you're incorrect in stating that a girl is no longer a virgin if she performs oral sex- lets not be silly.
a virgin, by the truest definition is one who has not had sexual intercourse. since anal intercourse is sexual intercourse. it would also ruin virginity, but there would be some degree of "pureness" left if in fact the vagina remains unpenetrated.
Sexual intercourse= implies simply penetration of female by male. this is all that is needed to lose virginity.
coitus= physical union of male and female genitalia accompanied by rhythmic movements. this is the act in full swing. having not engaged in "rythmic movements" doesn't spare you losing your virginity.
