I have no religious authoritative judgement...I am not God. Things are not "legal or not legal" in religion, they are sins or trespasses. Nothing you mentioned is a problem for me or for my church.

Yes, it's okay. There is no Catholic teaching against it.

as a Catholic I think that if a married man has erection problems and wants children then it is okay to use viagra but not condoms.
