I bought a 2003 Z-71 Silverado a few years ago and now I thinks it time to move on. It has 73k milies, I live in Northwest Florida by Pensacola. The gas is crunching my budget plus I am getting out of the Air Force and will be going back to school and I need to drop the payment. I am looking to sell it but I have no clue how. Can someone help me to any free websites that I can post my truck on. Its a great truck. Thanks

Any local paper will have on-line classifieds. The Pennysaver http://www.pennysaverusa.com I think they do CA, FL and NY. Trucktrader is always good. http://www.trucktrader.com You can always try Ebay, too. Put it in the Rot-Lot on base. I'm sure the single guys who just got back from deployment have a bunch of money to waste. Maybe trade it in on something with a smaller engine. If nothing else works, try to refinance your interest rate and get a smaller monthly payment. I know about the gas, though. Hubby goes through $70 every 3-4 days with his Suburban. Needless to say, he's trading it in this weekend for a 4-banger.

American classifieds, thrifty nickel, sunday paper,Ebay, also some car lots will sell it for you tell them what you want and they usually sell it for a little more and keep the change. If you want 10,000 they may sell it for you for 10,500 and they keep the 500.00..make sure its a reputable car lot or dealership not a fly by night type. Usually the Chevy dealer will do it or send you to someone who can.

Hope I helped

"Free" isn't always best. "autotrader.com" is a great website to list your vehicle on, and it isn't that expensive.

Have you tried the bulletin boards around the base? That's free, and I'd bet some of those guys that just enlisted would love to have your truck.

Craigslist is an excellent site. You also might try ads locally-- in my area we have a weekly called the paper shop. Good luck!

Stick it on the "Lemon Lot" on base! Put an ad in the base paper and in the local rag.

How much do you want for it. Put in the newspaper or something that will allow you to sell it. Look at used cars.com or something.
