Sure did - My parents' anniversary was Jan. 29th. One night when I was 16, my parents were going out for the evening. I asked "What's the occasion?" and my dad said, "It's our anniversary." I said, wait a minute, this is April 29th, I thought it was Jan. 29th. They looked at each other and said, well, this is really it. We just told you it was Jan. 29th cuz you were born Nov. 12th. Now, this was in 1967 when times were a lot different. We all thought NO ONE had sex before marriage, especially your parents! I looked at them and said, "You guys are cool!" I not only smiled, I LOLed!

yes, that is the best part of having a secret. sometimes people in your family are coming off all puffed up and you are really laughing your *** off because you know they are full of BS and have a ugly secret that if people knew they would be shocked.
I have a brother that gives the impression he is a saint and could do no wrong. That he never talked back to our parents (both dead now) but he use to sass our parents and scream at them but since my parents were really old and he was the baby of the family he got away with it! Now he tells his college daughters that he never sassed his parents and always did what they said.
I just laugh and think what a crock of BS. Well, i guess the truth will always come out as I heard his daughters and his wife all give him a lot of lip. Good for them...ha ha ha

Everyone has little secrets, I didn't realize my father-in-law had been married before until my husband and I bought my mother-in-law a puppy for Christmas, my father-in -law looked at the pedigree papers and told us we bought the dog from his ex-wife.

I was two when my parents were married. Also my mother was is married to another man going through a divorce when I was conceived.

Who doesnt? Everyone thinks that my mom and step dad are married and they aren't. Im the only one that knows that. And they celebrate their aniversay on Halloween.
