Asking us what gets us going is not really going to help you. All woman are different and what turns one on may not work for another. My sister likes it when her boyfriend licks her ears, I can't stand that. It turns her on, but it disgusts me.
You should try asking her what gets her going, let her know that you love the way that things are but want to go that extra mile for her and want to know what she really likes.

Next time you're in bed with her, ask her. Be vocal, ask her if she likes what you're doing or not. After a while you'll know exactly what she likes and wants.
