Actually, if it smells like regular body odor, it probably is not medical, but there are certianly conditions that do cause odor. Some people are either missing an enzyme or have an extra one that causes them to emit a fish odor. It can make life pretty tough for them.
As for overweight people, even if they bathe, it can be kind of tough with the body odor over the course of the day. I used to weight a lot more and I know I struggled with it some and I bathe every day.

I don't know if there is a medical condition that causes extreme body odor.
I do know that a persons diet can cause body odor. If they eat extremely pungent foods. Garlic, curry, etc.

Yes, there is. I grew up with a girl that had it. She was nice, and was always known as the most beautiful girl in our high school. She was featured in a national news story about the condition.

I don't know what they are, but I know there are some. Doctors can prescribe deodorants stronger than what you can buy in the store, if you are close enough to these people to suggest it.

it is purely a swing interior the ineffective of nighttime.... from time to time poisonous poisoning.( in my case it replaced into poisonous molds in my house ) For one it could strengthen you sense of scent & make you much less tolerant to particular scents, upto and which includes your self.
