"France" and "Germany" are the names of countries, the languages are "French" and "German."
English is my first language, but I have studied both of the above and have spoken both in the course of business in the countries in which they are spoken. Both have their merits.
The difficulty in answering your question is not knowing what you mean by "better" in regard to languages.

Yes I can help you. France is a country. Germany is a country.
The FRENCH people speak the FRENCH language. The GERMAN people speak the GERMAN language.
In what way would you like me to compare these languages?
I studied both, since I enjoy learning languages. May I suggest you learn to speak, read, and write in English first?

I think German is better, i started learn it since i was 3 years old, and now i live and study in Germany, i also learned French, but i think German is easier. But anyway...if you start learning a language, don't start with the grammar, start learning words and when you built up your vocabulary, then learn the grammar!
Hope it helps

well, I do study french, and it's not a walk in the park, it has i difficult grammar, and you have to study continuously.
But in comparison with German, french is better(at least for me), cose the pronunciation is easier, and there aren't any declinations.
I do think you should work on your English as well.
Lots of luck
