There are many ways
1. Read English novels especially James Hadley Chase because of good talking language beside you will enjoy them.
2. Watch English movies and try to pick up their accent.
3. Read English newspaper daily.
4. Most important: Daily at night open Oxford dictionary randomly, select any word and understand it by pronunciation and meaning and then try to make 5 sentences using this word and try to memorise it. do this exercise FIVE times for different words by random opening. This will improve your vocabulary

well guy.take it easy!i have done my graduation in English so my advice might be very useful to you.read a small para from newspaper everyday and if you find any word which is not understood then immediately find its meaning in the dictionary.try watching English movies and listening English songs.stand in front of the mirror and talk to yourself in English.write short stories or write-ups.last but not the least practise!!its a language and it would improve only with time and effort.
follow this and you will find a sharp improvement just in a week.
all the best!!

There is only one way, come to England, live in England and study at a school or university,I suggest in the south of England because there are many regional dialects that may confuse some people,The North East of England in particular has a dialect which even most English people find hard to understand.!

There are many ways: first, you should care about to increase your vocabulary, by means of researching the words you don´t know, second, by paying attention to your listening (which words you understand and which not), listening to the music is a great mean to improve not only your pronunciation but, also your "solture" when speaking, as well as leaving your inhibitions behind. Just try it out and good luck!

for spoken skills:watch NDTV 24*7 news channel or times now.don't go for CNN,BBC etc because they are quite for u at this stage.n try communicating with friends etc in english only.
for written skills:read novels,read newspapers .
also search the meanings of unknown words in a dictionary while reading n try to use it while speaking in the correct form.
no need to join classes for it actually.
wish u good luck.
