Try consuming under 200 calories at a time... about 6 times a day. The less you eat at a time the less likely your stomach will stretch out! Think about it! If you eat a huge meal before bed you are more likely to eat a larger than normal amount of food the following day but, if you go to bed on an slightly empty stomach then you will not consume as much food the following day! Give it a shot!! And remember to drink lots of water! This is important because the majority when we think we are hungry... we are REALLY THRISTY!! So.. drink water first and after 20 minutes if you are still hungry then eat something under 250 calories!! GOOD LUCK!!!

I read that you shoue multiply you weight by ten and that is the number of calories you should have in a day. So, in your case it would be 1740, but you may need to add a few since you work out. Also, i read that to lose a pound a week you should cut out an extra 250 calories and burn an extra 250 calories a day. i have done this and am losing weight much quicker than a pound a week. YOu have to remember that you are burning calories just by existing and keeping your body alive so you dont have to burn off all of the calories you eat through exercise. Then you wouldnt be able to sustain life.

I'm assuming at this point, you are maintaining your weight.

If so, find out the number of calories you are eating each day NOW. If you want to lose a pound a week, decrease your calorie intake by 500 calories a day. If you want to lose 2 pounds a week, decrease it by 1,000. DO NOT drop below 1,200 pounds a day, or you will go into starvation mode.

If you do not want to decrease your calories, the option is to increase the amount you are working out. Just be careful of plateau-ing. You seem to be working out alot, and you will need to eat calories to maintain fitness while losing weight.

I would recommend 500 calories just because a pound of body fat is equal to 3500 calories and if every day you eat 500 less calories then you would lose 1 pound of fat. You should focus more on body fat percent not weight and don't weight your self every day because it will make go insane. Recommended amount of calories per day a male should consume is 2100 to 2600 but depends on your metabolism

Many people ask me how they can slim down. I recommend that people eat right and exercise. However, if they would like a little "help", I suggest using natural Hoodia (it's important to note that not all Hoodia works well, even if the bottle says "pure" or "standard").

The Hoodia sold at http://tinyurl.com/y389on is in my opinion the best Hoodia on the market. It's pure, has no side effects, and they give you a free 15 day sample (there is a $7.99 shipping and handling charge, but they also give you free recipe and diet guides). Fantastic results have been seen with this particular Hoodia.

If you eat when you’re harassed, try munching on pumpkin or sunflower seeds. You’ll need for you to chew more, which will dissipate several of that energy, but without incorporating calories.

Become an expert in just what you’re doing. Learn how and why things work then you’ll have faith that they're going to. Check out a podcast known as Cut The Fat, and pay attention to it when you’re exercising.
