Also how much caffine in a day is bad for you. Id like to know becuase i have a lot of caffine in a day.

I think a regular cup of coffee has about 55 mg of caffeine.
A large 'rockstar' energy drink has about 85 mg.
Coffee and tea are difficult to say, because there are different kinds, and it also depends on how the person brews it.
Pepsi has about 55 mg as well, but has a TON of sugar, which could do worse damage.

first of all it doesnt really matter how bad it is for you...cuz ya need to slack off anyway...id bet theres a whole lot more in coffee though.
