I'd recommend the "eat less, exercise more" diet. Easy to remember, easy to stick with, easy to maintain, and highly effective!

Eat a balanced diet and stay away from obviously bad-for-you foods like fats and sweets.

Less Chewin' More Movin'

Seriously, there isn't a diet in the world that is as effective as exercise and healthy eating. I know I am going to get negative votes for this, but our bodies were designed to burn the food that we eat.

Here is my suggestion (cause it worked for me). For 6 weeks, eat absolutely zero carbs but take a good multi vitamin. Exercise (cardio) 30 min a day for 5 days a week. Buy a good mp3 player and subscribe to a good music service cause it makes it go much faster. Limit your calorie intake to about 1500 per day.

After 6 weeks, start to introduce simple carbs like fruits, vegetables, maintaining your exercise regiment. Stay away from complex carbs and sugars and you will maintain the weight loss that you have experienced.

I promise you will feel better and you will start noticing inches coming off here and there.

Many people ask me how they can slim down. I recommend that people eat right and exercise. However, if they would like a little "help", I suggest using natural Hoodia (it's important to note that not all Hoodia works well, even if the bottle says "pure" or "standard").

The Hoodia sold at http://tinyurl.com/y389on is in my opinion the best Hoodia on the market. It's pure, has no side effects, and they give you a free 15 day sample (there is a $7.99 shipping and handling charge, but they also give you free recipe and diet guides). Fantastic results have been seen with this particular Hoodia.

A vegetarian diet is really easy to maintain and their is meat substitutes high in protein and low in fat.
I can only NOT recommend you try the Atkins, which is unsafe and causes the weight to drop off too quickly for your body to keep up.

Portion control mainly. I have found that by eating oatmeal in the evenings, I feel better and I don't have cravings. Also, drink water and if you like add some lemon juice to your water, this make is more enjoyable. Don't diet, just watch your portions and the kind of food you eat.

just cut the calories, fat, and carbs out of your daily intake and eat smaller portions throughout the day. fresh fruit and vegetables are good snacks. it is easy to do. there are some things you can do when cooking, such as baking instead of frying your meats. use a table top grill that drains the fat. fast food may be convenient time-wise, but it has greater amounts of calories and fat than when you cook meals at home. bread is also not good, so eat as little bread as you can get by with.

Eat 6 times at day... It works for me, I ve lost like 9 kilos from November to January, it aint so hard, just eat healthy foods!

I cheat once in a while and that doesnt affect my diet.

But I think the best one for You is one that a specialist can make for Your needs.

The starvation aka no-solids diet. Just consume everything as liquid. It's not a joke- it really works.
Swap solids for soups, shakes for juices and no more soda.
