No, you need to subscribe to Sky.

No, but certain areas supply their terrestrial channels (BBC1, ITV1 etc.) via NTL cable because of an aerial ban. In these areas in some cases it is possible to get Sky One analogue in the clear provided your TV or video recorder has a hyperband tuner i.e. does Band 1 and 3 as well as the more normal Band 4/5. Tuner information should be in the TV/video's data sheet.

you can't watch it on freeview or freesat or the internet you need to get SKY DIGITAL to watch this channel

if you able to afford it on a package which you need to pick for above

Nope you can get sky three, sky news, sky travel and sky sports news but not sky one im afraid. Sky one can only be viewed by subscribing to sky.

If you go to http://www.freeview.co.uk/home it'll tell you what you can receive in your area.
