I answered a question yesterday about someone wanting to call one of those international numbers because they thought they had won a lottery in England. I've read articles about people who call international numbers and get charged thousands of dollars on their phone bills. I don't think I was nasty, I was just trying to help. I got a scathing email from him this morning basically calling me a liar and saying I don't know what I'm talking about. And asking if I'm going to respond now and if I had any more comments. I thought sharing opinions is what Yahoo Answers was all about. I'm in shock.

Unfortuneately, it probably won't be the last time you get attacked. Change the setting on your profile, and don't allow emails from people. I do that most of the time. Then when I ask a question, I set it to allow email, if I want. I am not looking to be ripped a new a** either, I try, as I am sure you do, to ask and answer appropriate questions. With this being a public forum, we have to put up with stuff like this. Don't take it to heart. At first, I would get insulted when I got a thumbs down, I didn't understand why someone would do that, when I was just giving my opinion, I soon realized, its not about my opinion, its that someone just doesn't agree with Me, and thats really ok, I can live with that. Just keep sharing your knowledge and opinions, and if it pisses someone off, well, they probably just needed to yell at someone, better to be yelled at on line than for someone to kick their dog I guess!!

Don't let you email address be public if you don't want that to happen at times. There are nice people on here and some that just like to start trouble. People pull together on here I have noticed against the trouble makers and that is what I like about this site. Don't let it hurt your feelings. I don't let my email be seen so I don't have to worry about it. I just answer and go on.

Some people are so retarded.I asked a question about dog breeding and got called everyname in the book!!!!They accused me of turning my dog into a puppy machine!Dont let it bother you.There are alot of loosers on here who just want to make some one feel like the poop that they are.

Yes. Don't be shocked. Some people are really just exceptionally rude and attack in any way they see fit. He probably just wants some attention, I wouldn't bother with him.
