You can find you're favorite colour in a magazin , Tv or maybe you have a hobby . But maybe i can say you some think: Yellow:The light power!This mean you are a very smart and good girl. Red:A kind of blood.You love what you love and you never will say no to some think which you like.

you can always just experiment will non-permanent colours. or you could go to the hairdressers but the only prob with that is that they may think its suits you but you don't like or they maybe a training hair dresser and have no clue what suits you.

dont know. Take a photo of your head put it on to your computer and then change your hair colour to the one that suits you best(if your computer can do this)
