This question sounds like its for an essay or something so if it is here is my help and if its not i hope this helps any way. My father is a phys. nurse and hes sees this stuff everyday, I take a lot of interest in it.
A topis that I find Very interesting is Anorexia as it can be looked at in a number of different ways

3: Cure ( the different ways eg. councelling are any new ways or theories you have)
its always usfull to look at ways of curing Mental illnesses in different ways instead of using a lot of megisine, contempary medicine is often the answer or contempary medicine and drugs together are also a good option.

I have always been fascinated with the why's of peoples behavior.. why they feel the way they do, and why they ACT the way they do. I love pyschology, and for me, that would be the ultimate topic.. maybe abnormal pyschology, even.
