No, I pray for them, for they know not what they do.

Not exactly. The cross is a symbol that was used for bad people, I believe. So, if the KKK, have been taught or have experienced bad people, the cross would be appropriate. However, I dislike any prejudism based on a general notion. There are white ******* as much as there are black *******. There are bad people in all races, religions, sexes, nationalities, as well as good people in each of those categories. Absolutely, 100% guaranteed that my statement is true.

The KKK, as silly as they are, use the cross to symbolize their, believe it or not, Christianity. It si a KKK belief that some people are not worthy to be Christians. Another appropriated symbol is the swastika. In Hebrew and Chinese (reversed) this is a symbol of all that is good.

AMEN!!
The Samaritans were looked down on by the Jews. They would have sat in the back of the bus so to speak. This is why Jesus used them as an example when he spoke of the man that had been robbed on a road and left to die. The Pharisees walked right by (white man so to speak) and couldn't be bothered. But a Samaritan (Black, Asian etc) helped the man, gave him care to get better. The bible says God is not a respecter of persons' which means he does not care what race we are. God judges the heart.

Yes - the KKK is an evil group that in this day and age shouldn't exist any longer. But there are still closed minded people that just don't get it - judge a person for their actions - be that they are good or bad. Don't judge a person for the color of their skin. You'd think that this thinking would be behind us. But then again - isn't Sen. Byrd a ex- grand poobah or whatever they call their leader?

Yes. My Jesus died on a cross and it seems to me as if they are blatantly disregarding everything that He stood for. Burning a cross? Who would do such a thing but satan and his demons. Besides that fact, Jesus said that we are to love everything. He said that was the greatest commandment. Come on. Sadly I have heard these people say that they are Christians. I hate to judge anyone but I am a 'fruit inspector'. Jesus said that you would know His sheep by their fruit. I mean an apple tree does not produce oranges or vice versa. If you produce hatred and Jesus is love. Let us all do the math. I hope that God will enlighten their minds and hearts. Let's all pray for them. May God Bless U.

It doesn't have a religious significance-a burning cross was used in the Scottish highlands to announce an uprising and the Scottish founders of the KKK adopted it as their symbol.

Sure. Unfortunately, most non-Christians equate many evil things as Christian. Just as many people in the USA equate the Confederate flag with slavery. They don't even know their own history. Ignorance is not bliss, and mis-perception is always a bad thing.

The KKK consider themselves Christians. Apparently they set the cross on fire as a way to light the way of the lord or something insane. I'm not in the KKK, so i wouldn't know.

When i was a christian, it was the one thing that made me hate (i consider hating a person to mean damning them to hell (pain and suffering), and it isn't good). it took a while to get over that. and even though I'm no longer Christian, i find it very, very offensive

I, as a Christian, am offended to see the symbol of my salvation and eternal love that my Lord has used to save me and you, being used in such a hatred way...KKK, Ocult, natzism...etc, have totally taken the true meaning of love and life that is within the Cross of our Lord, and turned it into something that is shamefully evil and wrong...

so Yes, i personally dont like it and I pray that one day they wake up to the real meaning of this Cross that they have TOTALLY missunderstood and misused in totally the wrong way, hopefully knowing its true meaning being total opposite of what they are doing
