Where can I find all HACCP regulations about frozen food? Any link is welcome..

HACCP (Hazard Analysis of Critical Control Points) is a system of programs with set guidelines (not regulations) for frozen food MANAGEMENT. Is multi national. There are regulations requiring HACCP compliance, by industry. Frozen food industry in America - under US Dept of Agriculture and regulated by varying national, state & local agencies. (Many checks & balances.)

it will vary from state to state so check with your local Environmental Health department for their regulations and info on HACCP.
