me and my bf were going to have sex for the 1st time. he put a condom on and we were ready to do it. but then nothing happened. he pulled back and laid beside me. i asked why, he didn't answer. after 3 times i asked the same question, he said he really loved me. we didn't have sex at all that night.
i don't understand it. i was ready, he seemed to want to do it but then nothing happened.
we've been together since 2,5 years. i think we had enough time to get to know each other.

Maybe he is not as ready as you are and is being respectful to you and his feelings about the situation .... discuss it with him when the two of you are not in a highly sexual frame of mind. Stress of the first time may have been weighing on his mind as well and stress is not a good thing to a guy. After 2 and a half years it sounds like you have a good guy there... try to discuss this with him with out judgement or criticising him... Good Luck!!

Sometimes the guy just doesn't feel comfortable with it, doesn't think it's a good idea or whatnot. May I ask how old you two are?
