OFFENDED I WELCOME THEM

I am not offended by non-believers.

I just wonder why they spend so much time trying to debate it and trying to get believers all riled up...sounds like you are wanting to believe but are looking over your shoulders so your atheist friends don't see you. Otherwise, why would it matter to you so much? It's like you all are really seeking information and disguise these sessions as debates on views instead.

It actually amazes me that atheists claim to be their own people and more intelligent than believers just because they don't believe in God with the supposed whole "live & let live" attitude, and yet, purposely poke believers just to get a reaction. Just looks to me like a lot of atheists don't buy into their "beliefs" as much as they like to push on others that they do, which is the #1 thing they accuse believers of doing.

The general rule is that when someone goes so out of their own way just to "prove their point" it means they really have nothing to prove...

Offended, never bru. I think we are astounde by th illinformed non believers who venture to ask questions and making statements about something they know absolutely nothing about. Stupid questions deserve stupid answers or beter no answers. Not offended, just sad that so many people will be going to the lake of fire.

We are not offended by questions, just irritated by the cussing and name calling that surrounds the questions.

Few of us are. I think the ones offended are new comers who do not understand the format. Or when we are insulted by being called names.

Not all religious people are. But I guess the ones who are, are because they don't like competition of ideas or what they see as a negation of their ideas. (I assume you're meaning serious questions, and not something that's just mean-spirited and gross.)

Why do you assume we are offended?

Does religion offend you?

How about this Biblical quote?

Proverbs, chapter 1

"7": The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction.
