The blood of Christ is extremely powerful, if you should accept it. Jesus shed his precious blood so that we can be forgiven of our sins and have eternal life.

The Holy Spirit is the key to life for a believer. Through the Holy Spirit we can not only know God, but also be led by God.

I'd suggest getting together with spirit-filled believers, those who believe in the power of the Holy Spirit and ask them to explain it more thorougly to you. You are definitely hearing from God and on the right track.

God is leading you and calling you to himself. He wants you to know his power and to accept it. As you surrender and "lose" your life to Him, he will in return give it all back to you.

The Blood of Christ had no sin in it, Because of the virgin birth, & Blood is the life of all things, So God required a perfect blood once and for all for our attonment, & as far as the Holy Ghost, That is the Seal of God in our lives, to how that we have accepted the blood of Jesus Christ & follow on in his commandments in order to receive that Blood of attonement. When a person recieves the True Baptism of the Holy Ghost, That is God's way of saying I have accepted you based upon you accepting & following the commandments that you must do in order to be seal away, Not until we backslide or the next revival, But until the day of our Redemption. The Holy Ghost is our seal, That we have a place in heaven with God.

The blood of Jesus serves to wash man from their sins
Eph 1:7 In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;
The Holy Spirit is power to the Believer for him or her to be able to walk in life's journey doing the will of God with all boldness and to live above sin in God's perfect will.
Act 1:8 But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.

Before we can answer this, we must first go to the old testament. Before Christ, in order to cleanse our sins we had to offer sacrifice thru a holocaust or a burnt offering. The blood of that innocent and clean lamb was what the Lord would accept as a gift of repentance. But in the book of Malachi we see how the Lord spoke thrue his prophet and told them how they kept doing wrong and offered the sickling and skinney animals as a sacrafice. That was because sin was so out of hand that man started giving God all the left overs in order to profit from sales and trading. The Lord said they had forgotten about the house of the Lord.
In the new testament the prophesy of Isaia, Ezequiel, Daniel, Jeremiah, King David in the Psalms, Joel, Ezdras and other prophets came to pass. Jesus our saviour was born. And only thru his blood, the perfect sacrifice, the Lamb of God, only thru his blood would we have the perfect sacrifice. We no longer had to burn offerings or offer a sacrificial animal. John 3:16 " For God so much loved the world( you and me) that he gave his only begotten son,so that all who would belive should not perish but have life, and life in abundance.
We no longer need to offer sacrifice, we just have to go in the name of Jesus, the son of God who gave his life so that thru him we have an advodcate, a lawyer. When ever you sin and you ask for forgiveness he goes before the throne of the father and shows him his wounds and intercedes for us. That was the price and the power of the blood of Christ.
The Holy Ghost is the presence of God in a spirit form. But this spirit has feelings, emotions, and all the qualities of the Lord for it is the Lord in a Spirit form. Imagine us being here alone with no one to console us when we are down, or loose our faith. Why is it that when ever anyone is going to hit a wall the first thing out of thier mouth is "OOHHH GODDD!!!" Your spirit knows there is a God and it also knows that if you die in sin with out salvation he knows where he is going....so when that OOOHHH MY GOD!!! comes out of your mouth it is really your spirit screaming for a chance to salvation. The holy Spirit is what quickens your heart of all your wrong doings. He is here to guide you only if you allow him.

The Blood is for redemption, and the Holy Spirit is not a power. He is God. His role in the God head is to bear witness to the salvation of the Son, and the Forgiveness of the Father.

The blood of Christ is what washed our sins away and makes our souls white for God, and the Holy Spirit is what fills our souls and makes us love God and worship Him

Our sins are forgiven through the sacrifice of Jesus' blood. The Holy Spirit (the 3rd person of the Trinity) dwelling within you testifies to God (and to yourself and others) that you are a child of God and therefore forgiven and free from a sinful life.
