Okay, no, cookies are not the best thing you can eat in any situation.
It takes about as much time to grab a Special K breakfast bar (yummy, and actually has some nutrition to it) or even a slim-fast shake for breakfast than it does to eat cookies, and with both options, you'll also be getting at least some nutrition.
Other healthy options are whole grain toast, fruit, or a granola bar.
Not having time and not being a morning person are not good excuses to have cookies for breakfast. I have two little children and a full-time job, and none of us are morning people, but we all manage to have something decent for breakfast.

The best thing is Quaker Oatmeal with blueberries. You can also buy this in Serving Size 1 packets in different flavored. I like the packets because they travel well and all you do is add a little hot water. Or plain non-fat or low- fat yogurt with blueberries or your choice of fruit. You can also buy flavored yogurt. And sometimes I will eat both oatmeal and yogurt, that a carb and protein. Or 2 eggs, toast. I think these are smart choices because it is low in saturated fat and sodium and contains whole grains. Smart choices

Porridge really isn't as dull as it sounds and is brilliant for breakfast as it releases energy slowly so you stay full up and awake for longer without being hyper.
Only takes a couple of minutes and is yummy with a little honey on top.

Any stuff of food you can eat for breakfast but the amount of fat content should be considerably less with a nice fruit like apple & orange but not banana or any other dry fruits 'coz it has fat content. If you want to become fat then eat lots of apricots, dry friuts like cashew etc. and eat bread and butter everyday and lotz of ghee tooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo........???????!!!!!!!!!!

I eat a lot for breakfast, less for lunch and just a bit for dinner. My grandmother used to say: Eas your breakfast by yourself, share your lunch with a friend and give your dinner to poor.
