You are fine, if not a little under-weight. Have patience with your sister, if you become Friends as adults she will be the best Friend you ever had.

At 14, your body is still changing, and weight may be the worst indicator of health. (You sound fine to me - if that was your adult weight, it might be on the low end.) If you are eating a healthy diet, then don't worry about gaining weight or losing weight - this WILL all work itself out over the next 7 years or so. The important thing is to establish healthy eating and exercise habits now.

If you are concerned about how you look because your sister calls you fat, then you may want to consider weight training. Then you can beat her up the next time she calls you that.

You sound fine, actually if anything you are on the small side and not fat at all. You are only 14 so your body is still changing. You can go to webmd.com and theres this BMI calculator. You put in your weight and height and it tells you your body mass index. It gives you a score and depending on the score you will know if you are under or over weight or just right.

Agree with Samm up there....thumbs up to you!
Your ideal weight is somewhere between 110-115 lbs. So, you are somewhat under weight.
This should not be an issue as long as you are healthy and eat normal (approx 3 meals per day) and healthy meals.

Please IGNORE YOUR SISTER. Siblings are frequently nasty to one another.

You are a little under weight. Use this basic rule. 100 lbs for 5 ft. and 3-5 lbs for every inch over 5 ft.

That would make your ideal weight 109 to 115.

Sounds like you're just fine. Your sister is just trying to get under your skin. Give yourself some time to grow into your body, and for god sake dont start trying to lose weight. You're WAAY to young to obsess about it.

That's because she knows it bugs the heck out of you. Just what siblings do.

Your weight is fine. If you feel "flabby" start an exercise program.

Don't be too hard on yourself. Strength Training and Swimming may help you slim down but you are young yet and you have plenty of time. Some say when the boys notice you , you slim down and you will be OK but do it for yourself.
