Château Valcombe Signature
Côtes du Ventoux is a rather sprawling appellation in the region between the southern Rhône and Provence. Most of the wines fall into the easy drinking Côtes du Rhône style, with the same varieties dominating, but given the right terroir and a conscientious producer, the Ventoux is capable of more exciting fare. Proof exists in the wines from Claude Fonquerie of Château Valcombe. Here’s a wine that would shame many a Gigondas or even a Châteauneuf-du-Pape at twice the price. It initially seems quite light in body, but then the creamy strawberry and briar fruit, the fragrance of the garrigue and the chewy tannin kick in. Opened on a Monday, the wine tasted even better on the Friday, sure evidence that anyone wishing to stash away a few bottles until 2007 won’t be disappointed. SW

Best consumed within three years of bottling.
You now need to keep it horizontal (so the wine is in contact with the cork) in a cool place away from sunlight for another 5 or more years for it to fully mature. And then hope against all hope that no air seeps in.

I'd say not - the website below says drink young (1-3 years) so it's already past its best.

Its not one from the famous vineyards. So storing it would not appreciate its value.
