Do you have periodontal disease? try using warm water and salt. this will help with the inflammation. talk to your dentist, you may need to start preventative measures to help reduce this problem in the future. Not to mention the possibility of loosing all your teeth. There isn't a cure for periodontal disease so it needs to be taken care of as soon as possible. I hope this is not the case for you. My sister has it and she is only 36 yrs. old ( she is healthy, and has beautiful teeth) and she has to go in every 3 months to have her teeth scraped and cleaned and it is very painful.

make sure you get enough vitamins, especially vitamin C. Fresh fruit and vegetables will help.
Best have a dentist look at them- it can be anything and if it's bad enough, you'll lose your teeth
