not be ADD. Or do I need to just give it time. I am so forgetful and since I have been taking Concerta I am steal a scatter brain.

I currently take Adderall XR and 3 other meds. I have bipolar, depression and adhd. It takes about 1-2 weeks for the meds to get into your system, in my opinion. Your dr should have made a follow-up appt to see how you are doing. If not, if there is no improvement in a month make appt with the dr. It might not be the right med for you. Sometimes it takes time to find the right one.

You have only been on it for 4 days just give it some time.It usually takes 1-2 weeks to see or feel any changes.Your doctor will or should make follow up schedules to monitor your progress.I wish you well and just give it a little more time.

I found Adderall to be more effective for me, but I also liked it too much and started to abuse it...which I had no desire to do on Concerta.
