Many people ask me how they can slim down. I recommend that people eat right and exercise. However, if they would like a little "help", I suggest using natural Hoodia (it's important to note that not all Hoodia works well, even if the bottle says "pure" or "standard").
The Hoodia sold at http://tinyurl.com/y389on is in my opinion the best Hoodia on the market. It's pure, has no side effects, and they give you a free 15 day sample (there is a $7.99 shipping and handling charge, but they also give you free recipe and diet guides). Fantastic results have been seen with this particular Hoodia.

weight charts are a waste of time and very misleading. Splurge for a body fat analysis machine if you want accuracy
I don't say this because I'm fat and in denial, but actually very fit and extremely active. Things with BMI's is that they don't take in body type and a bunch of other factors.
For example I am rather muscular which means I weigh much more. My BMI is therefore 26, which puts me in the "overweight" category. At 12-15% body fat, I'm not at all overweight!

try www.mayoclinic.com
They also have a weight management program on there.
Also, you can create your own weight chart with MS Excel.
