You can try using the sodium bicarbonate. You can put it also on yr toothbrush. Also one leaf of sage rubbed on yr teeth makes them whiter.

A toothpaste with cloves, salt and sodium bi carbonate should be used . Cloves kills the germs,salt helps it to stay against germs and sodium bicarbonate makes them whiter. Only a paste to make your teeth is not really good, is it? So all these should be in a paste.

i have found that the crest vivid night works good but not great. i think the best thing is go to your dentist and ask about the bleaching kit but it cost about 300-400$. but also if you have hair bleach the kind that you mix the powder bleach and peroxide... but you cant leave it one for very long or it will burn your gums.
