Really, there's no such thing, and anyone who claims to be is lying.
This isn't a "psychics are fake"; it's just that a good psychic will tell you what they see, and will often give you a few possible outcomes to the future depending on your own actions. The future is too precarious for anyone to hit accurately.

Maybe if you tell us what you need, maybe you can get the answering without having to worry whether people are genuine psychic or not.
There may be some people who have the knowledge by scientific means that you can definatly trust.
