Jesus is the son of the Most Holy Father Jehovah. he is the first creation of Jehovah God. who was Jesus praying to on the torture stake, you can not pray to yourself. Jesus also said that he cannot do anything without the Father in the heaven, so Jesus is not God. Jesus said that you seen me you seen the Father, what he met was that he is the mirror of his Father Jehovah. not that he is God. Jesus was with Jehovah from the beginning,

First: I am not familiar with your shorthand. [What is (P.B.U.H.)?] As to your question: Context must be considered. When the Messiah was here, he was talking to a peculiar people who called themselves "Jews" and had some fairly clear, but peculiar understandings. The Messiah's name was NOT Jesus, but yod he vav shin ein. (those are Hebrew letters) which name is generally "transliterated" Joshua (just like the guy who fought Jerico) but the "J" didn't exist until about 1400 A.D. so a better transliteration would be Yahooshua. Jewish names have meanings, and the meaning of His name is YHVH is my savior (or YHVH is my salvation). You might recall that at one point where the Messiah said that He and the Father were one, the "Jews" took up stones to stone Him. (and in another place they tried to push Him off of a cliff). At that time it was not "politically correct" to emphasize the unity which was supposed to exist between the Almighty and mankind, or even to call the Almighty by the right name. So, because His time (to die) had not yet come, He emphasized that the Almighty in Heaven and He (the Messiah) were two seperate beings. (That is clearly true, for He prayed to His Father). On the other hand, it is quite true that nothing less than a perfect sacrifice would be adequate, and nothing less that an Almighty Being would be totally Perfect. Pilate said "I find no fault in Him" which is the same thing the High Priest said after examining the Passover Lamb. (And truly He was our Passover Lamb, as Paul affirms later.) I hope that clarifies things somewhat. Spiritual things are spiritually discerned. We need not check our intelligence at the door. The brain is the tool that the Almighty gave us to sort this out, but we need to check our bad attitude at the door. The concept of "trinity" is error, heresy, blashphemy, and paganism, and has no part in true belief, but that must be the subject of another paper.

Okay, if I give you scriptures where it is CLAIMING JESUS is GOD will you BELIEVE me? (I didn't think so, but I'll give you them anyway).....
1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
2 The same was in the beginning with God.
3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.
4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men.
5 And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.
6 There was a man sent from God, whose name was John.
7 The same came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all men through him might believe.
8 He was not that Light, but was sent to bear witness of that Light.
9 That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world.
10 He was in the world, and THE WORLD WAS MADE BY HIM, and the world knew him not.

You need to go back and read the Bible again. Read John 14: 6-7 and then there is the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, which equals God.

Jesus was NOT God, But The only Begotten Son of God, The messiah, The Prophet that was to come to save the world. God is a spirit & not a person & there is not 3 in the Godhead, only 3 manifestations of The One Spirit of God, As God as the Greator, & God in his Son without measure reconciling the world back to himself, God never dwell in Jesus until John Baptized his at age 30, & Then God as The Holy Ghost, which is the Comfortor, & that leaves Mohhemmed out as the comfortor.

He is not called God by Christians. He is the Son of God. He was fully human as Jesus on earth. He is divine and part of the Trinity that makes up God (as we understand it). Keep in mind that the concept of the Trinity is a human attempt to apprehend God more fully.

Why not try asking a priest? He might answer your question. But for me, Jesus is not GOD but the savior instead. According to the bible, anyone who would pass through Him will reach the Kingdom of GOD.

I must disagree with fras. You question should be posted in an English class. If He has denied that he is not God, then he has affirmed that he is God. Does anybody read and write English at Yahoo anymore? And FYI, the beginning of your statement, that He has denied 82 times - that's not true. Read the Bible. I have many times.

Hi Zabist, you have to remember that Jesus was so humble and related to people in His humanity and did not make Himself popular by showing His divinity which He kept hidden and secret.
He did however give evidence at times to His divinity, for example He said`The Father and I are one` and He blessed Peter when Peter said, You are the Christ the Son of the living God,Jesus therefore was God in human form.
