they make bubbles where you are inside them ,kind of like a gerbil in a plastic bubble ,and you can walk on water with this

Since I can walk on water, I have no need for the bubble. Might work for you. Watch out for clusters of pointy things though - could be shark teeth which often have a shark attached.

Provided the gas inside the bubble is lighter than air and is able to support your weight I see no reason why not. You'd be famous!
