The most natural and healthy diet for humans is an omnivorous diet, and not a plant based diet, or a meat-based diet per se. The Paleo Diet can be very widely varied and omnivorous for the most part, but the most important thing is that it’s unprocessed, and avoids the worst foods that agriculture brought mankind… refined inflammatory vegetable oils, refined grains (some are worse than others), and sugar! As you can see, the benefits of adopting a Paleo way of eating can be incredible! I’ve been eating 95% Paleo for the last 5-6 years and I’ve never felt better. I have dozens of friends that have adopted a more Paleo way of eating too, and have seen all sorts of health problems disappear, including eliminating acne and other skin problems, digestion problems, improving brain clarity, and of course, losing a lot of body fat!

Prepare sandwiches the night before and leave them in the fridge, that tends to save time. I ususally make a small tub of tuna, light mayo and sweetcorn and that covers 2 day of sandwiches in the wk, then another day I have chicken slices that you can buy in a pack with pre chopped salad and maybe salmon the next day and cheese on another day. I always chop up a couple of apples and then add a few grapes and a tangerine as a fruit salad.

Everytime you cook dinner always make extra like for another person. Buy little lunch containers and place them in your freezer and date the top! Do that for a couple of weeks..

Then after those two weeks start pulling one out each day.. as you are still adding to that stack everyday after dinner clean up!

And it is as healthy as you make it!
Also commit to every Sunday to make a pot of soup durring the winter months and make them hearty.. and have for dinner that night.. but put the rest in small portions to go with sandwiches or fruit and crackers.

Also make a big bowl of tuna salad, chicken salad and take some to work with crackers and fruit.

all different kinds of salads are easy to make and healthy. you could try some soups and maybe a half sandwich. keep the mayo low or none at all because its unhealthy and has alot of calories in it. go to subway the night before and pick up one of their six inch healthy choice sandwichs. tuna and chicken are healthy and you can have that in your salads or eat some no salt crackers with it. also fruit salads. you can eat all the things i suggested and get full but stay healthy.

Personally, I love stuff from Trader Joe's. If you have a store near you, check out the Eggplant Parmagiana in the frozen foods section...yumm!!! It's easy to pop in the microwave, low in calories and fat, and is really tastey.

Also, there are a ton of recipes on the Half My Size website that are pretty good.

Take a flask of boiled water to work and have a cup a soup, pasta in a cup or a pot noodle. You can take some brown bread and dunk in the soup. Quick easy and you can have a variety everyday and keep warm in this awful weather.

My mum makes herself a cous cous salad with feta, tomatoes, herbs - whatever is in the fridge really. She makes is the night before and it is really healthy. A pasta salad is also good. If you get a good flask you can take some soup in, or the thing i like is a pitta filled with salad, tuna, cheese and humous.
