i went to the store last night and this guy kept trying to look at my face he wasnt looking at my body.and he brought something up for my mom and he was looking at me. why did he do this?

The face is the most interesting feature on any woman.She may have a great figure,but that is secondary to the face.From a guy standpoint,beauty always starts with the face.After saying all that,the best feature of a female is ''attitude''.
