Firstly I think you should have someone you trust helping you to find her, that way if you do ask them to help with the first contact it helps if first contact is made by a third person rather than having you contact her personally it, it softens the initial reaction. And if/when you do finally meet just start with hello and a warm smile, the rest will come.
