Starve a cold feed a fever?

I'm sick so I'm drinking lots and lots of tea, I'm aching all over and HOT most of the time... oh and a cough that's causing a sore throat.

It's developed from a tickle in my troat three days ago I don't know what it is. A fever? flu? or just a cold.

Starve a fever. With high body temps, best to just have fluids. Feed a cold. Build up your body's resistance with nutrients.

Don't starve either. When you're sick your body is more in need of nutrition than ever. As well as tea and water, try having nutritious soups, yogurt, anything that won't hurt your throat too much when you swallow.
Head down to your pharmacy or health food store and look at getting some vitamin C, echinacea, olive leaf extract - anything that is a good immune booster.
Hope you feel better soon :)
