Just remember this -- love makes you commit acts that a normally prudent person wouldn't do.
Love seemingly defies all sense of logic or reason. That's why the head is constantly fighting with the heart. The head knows what is best for long term survival but the heart overrides that with "feelings" of love, infatuation, and lust.
True love is when YOU LOVE YOURSELF FOR WHO YOU ARE and you are committed to growing and developing as a human being to the very day you die.
You don't need to look for love in other people to "validate you" -- once you realize that love resides in you from day one -- you are on the path to freedom and finding purpose in your life.
