Hi Talia W
I really would not like to be in your position.
You do realise that whatever you decide to do .. there will be some people that will say they would have done something different.
I live in London like you & I think £60 per head will not go that far .. definately not for an overnight thing anyway.
I suggest that you ask your friend chose what she would like to do & then get everyone that you can to help with that idea.
By being a bit democratic then the majority of people will have had the opportunity to give their input, so if anyone should complain later it will not be only to you and then you can speak for the majority of the group when you tell them to shut up!
Have a great time whatever you decide
I really do wish you & your friends & the 'hen' all the best with your plans

How about something cheesy and touristy for the day - a boat trip or open topped bus tour. Then on to one of the big hotels for afternoon tea. A nice thing to do is to all go back to one place together and to give the bride gifts and drink some bubbly (saving money into the bargain) before saying good night to the older ladies and heading on for a club.
My partner once attended a stag do in London wihch souded like fun and gives you all a chance to show off your knowledge of London. All the men attending had an allotted time and had to plan an activity for that time for all the others to take part in. They all got to see bits of london they never had before, got to know a bit about each other and set their own budgets - one bought pie and mash for everyone (cool but not very epxensive) another bought champagne breakfasts for everyone - (expensive).

I organised a hen day/night for my best friend last year and she wanted a classy event. Each person paid for their own (there were 10 of us) We bought tickets for the premier enclosure at the races, Pimms and Champagne Buckets galore, booked a limo to take us to and from the races, had our meal booked at a restaurant and then a private booth booked in a smart club stayed the night in a classy hotel, whole thing including a race kitty of £10 a head cost £130. The limo and hotel (and bus to city)taken out of the equation would have cost us £30 for the race tickets, booking the booth and the meal cost nothing and was nice as we had an area just for us.

First I think a boozy meal and then a silly show so the parents could join in and then leave. After that, the young uns can go on to a club where everyone gets one drink free and then finances themselves for the rest of the night.

for my friends hen night we got tickets to see Mamma Mia in the west end, we dressed up in ABBA costumes and had such a good time, Its a real girls night out very funny, and good for all age groups. There is so much you can join in with, and just have a giggle with the girls, then your free to move on wherever you like.
Have a great night.

I'm going to Madame JoJo's for mine, food, drinks and a cabaret plus they take you to a club afterwards and its supposed to be a brilliant night out. A little different and as classy as drag acts get.

classy?
your friend has the rest of her married life to be classy.
get pissed and go on the tear-walk the streets wearing pink cowboy hats, miniskirts and those fluffy things that go around your neck
and just see where you end up at the end of the night-probably a nightclub and abrakebabra!!!!
