None. Amphetamine is a Schedule II controlled substance. This means that it requires a DEA license or prescription to buy/sell or possess this substance. Some prescrptions such as Adderall, are prescribed for ADHD and Narcolepsy. I myself am prescribed Adderall for ADHD, it comes it 5,10,15,20,35mg pills. It is habit forming, and tolerance does build up,

People make methamphetamine from pseudoephedrine, which is in Sudafed, and lots of cold and sinus stuff. However, here in the US, they've put most of this stuff behind the counter so that you have to ask a pharmacist for it and show your ID to get it. They also limit how many packs you can buy at once.
