In the first 2 years your on probation it's 6 points, any more than 6 you will have to re-take both tests again. After 2 years it's 12 points.

It is different in each state! In NC after two traffic violations in a year you will have to go to a hearing and the trooper in charge could suspend your license! Call your local Highway Patrol they will answer all of your questions!

6 within the first two years then ya get banned and have to resit ya test then after the first 2 years it goes up to 12

if you get 6 points on your lience within 2 yrs your lieance is revocked and you take your tests all over again [good tip ] dont get any points

put simply points count as double so effectively 6Pt's and suspension of licence and a retest possibly extended depending on the court
