my wight was 95 kg !! 3 months AGO. I stoped eating fast food
and sweet and any food with Fat. but I dont know what kind of exercise I must do. now my wight is 80KGs !!!
I lost like 30b and Im very HAPPY. and I want to keep it Up

Start off with walking/jogging ( daily ), start it off with 10 minutes then increase the amount of time weekly, & it's a good idea to do tummy crushes twice a day, once in the morning & once in the evening , &after you lose 10 more Kg'z, join a gym & work on toning your muscles.

Jogging is the best way, I know how But start off slow!
You are working for endurance more then distance. Make sure you do a warm up and cool down before and after jogging.( this can be accomplish by doing stretches of your limbs and truck. Check with your doctor before start any exercise routine.
You can also surf the net or go to the bookstore for exercise procedures.

Any excercise will help. You could do an hour walking a day, or go swimming an hour a day, or join a local fitness center etc. Any excercise is generally good for you (unless you over-do it!), and an hour a day is what is recommended, 20 minutes after each meal if possible.

Walking is great exercise.Start out gradually with about 15 minutes and then you'll be more comfortable walking longer distances.I walk alot and it really helps me feel better.

very good. Now drink lots of water and walk as much as you can. Ofcourse I can't really see why you'd change anything at that rate.

Run and walk for 1 hour per day.
Sign up to run a marathon as a challenge.
No soda.
