You need to make sure you have read the job description thoroughly. Write a list of all the things they want and then think of examples of when you have done those things.

For example:

Customer service - think of an occassion when you have gone out of your way to help someone
Organisational skills - an example of where you are organised at work or at school
Numerical skills - talk about your Maths grades or where you've been required to use numbers or figures for work
PC skills - talk about how long you've been using PCs and if you use them for pleasure. Maybe also some examples of when you've helped others with PC queries.

Before answering each question, take a deep breath and don't rush your answer too much. It's ok to be nervous but deep breathing and taking your time can help.

Dress your smartest - you want to make a good impression.

Don't cross your arms - sit with an open posture and look people in the eye from time to time.

Go prepared with some of your own questions to ask them such as:

- What opportunities will there be for me to progress?
- What training is available?
- Tell me about the team I'll be working in?
- What do you like about working for the company?
- Have I satisfied all of your questions?

SMILE!!

Definitely a better level of English.

Then again, you are better than some of the people at my bank.

Is the interview here in UK, or in Mumbai?
