i'm 19 a size 14 going on 16(weight 90kilos) and not happy bout myself or my body anymore.
i used to have so much confidence, but now i find myself bailing on my friends becoz im embarressed about how i look in my clothes!
a few of my mates have lost weight and their boobs, i have a fair pair of double ds and i really dont want to lose them like everyone else has!
my parents are getting married in fiji in october and im maid of honor.. i need to get down to a size 10 asap..
i work at a nightclub so i work stupid hours, late nights/early mornings etc.. i dont have enuff free time to actually join a gym and i dont eat seafood. however ive recently stopped myself from eating take away foods!
can anyone help me, i'm really desperate and willing to try anything! i swear i will owe u my life!

If you rush then you'll achieve nothing.
Firstly make a weight losing plan with a fitness trainer. Job without a plan is worthless.
These activities are useful: Running, skipping, swimming.
Run daily for 1 hour. Start with 5 minutes and then slowly increase it in a rate of 1 min per day.
Do daily skipping of 1000. Start with 20 and slowly increase it by 5 per day.
Eat healthy meal. green vegetables.

Don't take any weight losing drugs. Reason is that after you stop taking drug, your body will not live without it.
