Is there a site or anyway to know if there are researchers looking for research assistant in Japan?

I am looking for a way, site or sources so that i will know if there researchers who are looking for a specific or qualified research assistant for certain subjects. This is only for Japanese researchers and preferable if connected to the academic.

Try the websites of various Japanese universities. Kyoto has some phenomenal research programs. The websites are probably in multiple languages in case you don't speak Japanese, but I'm guessing that you do.
