Well, what boys are really doing is try to get women hooked on the chocolates, so that one day, when the chocalates are no longer there, women are forced to find an alternative, and thats when the boys shine!!
Boys give girls chocolates because they think its what girls want because it symbolizes sweetness, etc...

It's a guy's "secret weapon" and our weakness. I love chocolate, I'd kill for chocolate. "Death by chocolate"--oh yes!It's supposed to be an aphrodisiac. Don't know if that is true but it sure tastes good.:)
