I was walking in the all and one of the guys came up behind me and told me how great it was that I had a 9.98 in vault and good luck on my other events. After bars the same guy saw my friend and I warming up for beam(doingsplits, etc.) He then came up to us and was like please f*** me. (sorry for the language)
Why are some guys so perverse?? My b/f doesn't act this way.

Men tend to be primarily visually stimulated.
If you do gymnastics, chances are you are very slim and flexible. This is the current standard promoted by fashion etc. as "ideal". Like it or not, you are physically attractive.
As for hugging your female friend, you only have to remember the chant of the Jerry Springer audience- "We Love Lesbians" to understand what they are thinking.
And then you deflate their fantasies by being "normal" and having a boyfriend. D'oh !

they like seeing the girls and how flexible we are. i think its gross and they probably looked jealous because you were taken and they wanted you. your boyfriend probably understands thats why he wasn't jealous. you have a good boyfriend then.
