What software will be useful for me to easily create a music video?

we are to record a video, then insert the music to match the video, and i know pinnacle or even windows move maker can do the work..but are there other alternatives and useful tools for this

...but what about the moving words lyrics following the song? how to d oit?

Adobe Premer 6.5 or pro is good to do so

could maybe do it withpowerpoint animation
