I am somewhat a picky eater.. I do not like tuna or onions.. I eat pretty good.. But I want to add more options to my diet.. What are your suggestions? They also have to be quick and easy.. I eat while i work so nothing to high maintenance to eat either.. Thank you.

Get yourself a diabetic cook book, There's a lot of great tasting foods and ideas. Also look at a diabetic magazines or the web. Don't let the word Diabetic scare you.
