The menu bar (File, Edit, Tools etc.) is gone from the top of my screen.......How do I get it back?

Right click any empty area of any toolbar, and select Standard toolbars. If it is already a tick beside it, look for it somewhere else.

Right click on the blank area where it disappeared, then choose Menu Bar.

Right click on any blank space in the explorer bar and click on menu. I was just researching this. IE7 also will not let you click on certain links because the website has not updated their site.
